Our nursery and training centre offers a range of professional development opportunities to inspire Early Years Practitioners, teachers and childminders, to develop their practise.
Our unique approach to Early Years is inspired by the Curiosity Approach, Froebel approach, as well as Forest school philosophies, and other elements of our own research. Following the work of Reggio Emilia, we believe in the '100 languages of children.'
" If a child can't learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn..."
We observe our children's play behaviours and learning patterns and adapt our environments in order to support the children's '100 languages.'
Our Professional Development opportunities, Mentorship and Consultancy are designed to share best practices and inspire Early Years practitioners to reflect on their learning environments and best support the children's learning.

TAILORED TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT
Delivered online and face-to-face
Working in early years can be an unpredictable one. Being in such a fast paced sector means the need for versatility and adaptability.
Sarah is currently working on an accredited leadership course, where you will work through different modules, online and at your own pace. We are hoping that this will be available soon. If you would like to find out more information, then please contact Sarah.
Work around your schedule
If your commitments mean you'd find it difficult to commit to set sessions within the classroom, online training can offer the flexibility and freedom that you require. With an internet connection, you can get involved from anywhere, work or home, allowing you to contribute and learn without the hassle of traveling to the venue.
Back in the classroom
Although not always feasible, face-to-face training offers an uninterrupted approach to learning, allowing students to bounce off each other's energy and really get the most from their sessions. Workshops and lessons are hosted in Eastbourne and other locations across the UK, with a range of courses tailored to the participants.
